I sent a recon letter to chase and noticed they are pulling my scores again..

Nah, I think I'll just wait for a while and then apply for the freedom card.  I should have done that to begin with but didn't know it would be this difficult to get a Chase card.

Why do you think you were approved for Delta, but declined by Hooters, Chase,......I want to apply for Delta but feel I should wait a bit - trying to figure this out?

Mom,

I was approved instantly for the AMEX Delta Gold 2k CL.  Then I got the "notify you by mail within 30 days" from Chase and the 7-10 days from Hooters.  I might be jumping the gun and may be approved for both.  Just seems odd that AMEX had no problem approving me instantly yet I have to wait for the others. 

What are your scores mom?

We're both hovering at/near 600s - my EQ just went over, his EX just went to 613 - of course, these are just FAKOs from True Credit.  We are subscribing and doing the regular updates.  Afraid and not quite ready to pull 6 FICOs yet!  Too much $  We have a couple of updates that should take us up end of month?  I just recvd the 7-10 from Hooters and Geico (Merrick Bk)  and are communicating with CCCU for various products.  Want to try Delta but hesitant to get another inquiry and denial - they pull EX in CA?

AMEX pulled EX-647 for me in TX.

Hooters pulled TU-678

Chase pulled EX and TU.

and WaMu pulled TU.

No one ever pulls EQ. lol

Seems that most of the CUs pull EQ (except for CCCU) - your scores are pretty decent - wonder why declined?

Only been declined by WaMu thus far.  We'll see next week with Chase and Hooters.  Never can tell with CCCs.
