Yes, the usual bonus is 30k, and if you go to their website it will offer you the 30k bonus. I am a skymiles member so I was emailed a promo for the 50k bonus, but only accessible through my email. 

I have paid down my cards to put me at a 30% utilization. I will wait until after the first of May and see the change in my score before I apply!

Like others have mentioned who knows but the Delta card is easier to get then the others. You might get in with the bare minimum like many others with a $1000 SL.
