Like I stated before bout my case was kinda severe as well. I tried paying off my TLS, but with all legalities and creditors refusing to go lightly on the finance charges, I really had no choice.
I did include 4 cap1 TLS in my bk.. along with few cards from hsbc. The cap1 cards are no longer listed in my profile bc their great gw cause. I curently have a cap1 plat visa with 6k cl. Hsbc 2 cards were IIB... GM card with Marine Midland Visa that hsbc bought them out. I currently got a plat visa with them with 4k cl. I'm really glad about my bk, at least I'm no longer being hounded on a debt that I was not able to pay off anyways. yes the creditors do understand why we go to bk and will reissue credit to you. OTOH some creditors will blacklist you.
