Did Capital One ditch custom card images?

I can't find the option to add my own image to my Venture card anymore.  Haven't seen it for a few weeks now and the direct link to doing it from their FAQ now throws a 404.

I can't find any news on this anywhere though, did they ditch this quietly?

Yep it does look like its gone. The link used to be on my SavorOne but never worked and my QuickSilver used to be a Platinum so it has a custom image but the option is gone there too. Searching for change card image doesn't bring it up either.

Maybe its costing them too much because every image had to be reviewed by a human.

I was wondering about this as well. When I requested for an AU, they printed the same custom card I have. I was looking to get it changed, but I could not find the link to do it. When I use an old link, If gives me an error.

Looks like my card image is trapped forever.

I don't see it either. I have an all black Savor card. I like to change them when they expire. If I don't get them in time, they send me the same card then I have to change the design and another new card comes my way.

I thought pick your own design was an expensive gesture. Especially when they allowed you to change designs very 30 days lol.

I'm thinking DISCOVER will keep that option. They've already cut enough costs to where they can afford to keep it.

Yeah I wish they'd have kept it and just limited it to one change per year or something.

I've had my same card image for 5 years now and my expiration is coming up in a few months.  Really tired of that image now haha, was just hoping to put something new on there before the new card came with the same image.  I wonder if it will even still have that image or if it will just be a stock card at this point.

You might be the first to let us know. My card is just a couple months old.

If you want your own image check with FNBO to see which cards will allow it,  their Bucksback 2% visa that came out a few years ago does, not all do.
