Logged in to pay my discover and was greeted with this message.
Seems like thier analytics department could've found which cards were inactive and targeted them instead of all open or active users.
I haven't seen it either but my discover is new so I guess it wouldn't make sense.
Of course, it also doesn't make sense to threaten closure for non-activity when you have a balance.

1+ This! I always thought having and paying on a balance was activity.
This is why you put a monthly bill on them and autopay. Don't lose your rewards just because you don't want to use it because the limit is low. Also, hit the CLI button monthly with your autopay and you should have some luck every once in awhile.
That's annoying since you have a balance. I did a BT to cap 1 card and just pay it down each month. I don't add any new charges to the card because of that.

It may be a system glitch due to a recent upgrade or something. I would call CS to verify the information or just use the card and see if you get the bonus. Thanks for the share.
