Once you spend all your money on fancy schmancy boots you're not gonna have any left over to take James out for some Moons Over My Hammy.

For an even more cost-effective test, buy something off the dollar menu and make up an excuse to return it for a refund. The transaction should still show you the category.
Honestly I think a penny is not too much to worry about for one test, but that's just me. Maybe they have one of those Take-A-Penny things on the counter.
This made me spit on my iPad.

James, generally means most of the time. However, there have been instances that a few establishments (be they restaurants or convenience stores or grocery stores) were coded incorrectly. That is why we normally answer as "Generally". Only sure way to find out is test it one month and see what happens. If not, you would likely losing out on maybe $5.
If you've bought something with your chrome from there already, look at the spend analyzer on the discover website. It categorizes purchases after they've cleared.

I looked back to December when I was in there last. It is one! Woo!

@post about the delicious mcnuggets: That's what makes them so good! Don't you know!?
So you have the IT Chrome or the regular IT? Or do you have both? I have the regular IT, haven't heard of many on here having the Chrome but it seems nice for 2x dining. I wish they could just offer the 2x dining and gas on the regular IT!

The It card would be so much better if they did. I would love them even more if they did.
