The pictures I saw left edge center like the one posted here. That's where my other cards with emv are placed.

I don't know if this is true.  I literally just ordered the Spruce color a week ago and it came to me without a chip.  Being the newest color I'd think if this were true they would have initially produced it with a chip.

When i called and ask about the colors she told me it was only in the Blue then a few sec. later she said we have the other colors now. So it has to be new

looks as I thought it would. I think its time for a discover card redesign. I know i know, they just redesigned it when they came out with the IT, but I'm kinda bored with the tacky brushed aluminum or what ever they are calling it

I called and specifically asked about the chip. The web site doesn't show it.
