Discover IT CLI problem

Ok I tried to hit the magic button for a cli with a SP and was told that I had to call the 1800 number to speak to a rep. They wanted to pull my CR but I told them to cancel the CLI. It's been 2 weeks and the CLI link on the website is saying that I still have one in process when I try to process another CLI. I called discover and the said that the previous was cancelled. Have this ever happen to anybody before ?

Yes, this happened to me recently. The UW just haven't reset it yet. It will probably be another few weeks to a month for it to reset.

Mine says that for the last 2 years. Wont do an HP for Discover

Mine will do that if I play with it too much. It seems to fix itself after a few months.
