Well, I called this morning to "provide the add'l info" that they requested via email. The rep verified my name, address, home phone and mother's maiden name. She then informed me that unfortunately I was not approved for the Discover, but that HSBC could offer me their Discover branded card with a $59 AF. She asked if I wanted to accept and I said sure - I need all the help I can get! When I asked her about the CL, she told me to wait a few days and then call HSBC and they should be able to give me the CL info. Oh well, it beats nothing! In my situation, I'm happy to be approved for anything that will help me keep climbing towards the mid to high 600's by years end, hopefully!
