I vote yes. My card is set to graduate in May after the 7th statement cuts. I'll get my $1000 dollars back and put it into savings. They have great customer service and you can ask for the 5% catergories to be added to the secured just by calling in. IMO, its probably the best secured card out there.
My secured card graduated at $2,000 (started with $500 then increased to $1,000), I love being able to get a live North American rep. at all hours of the day. Customer service has been very good anytime I had a concern. I also like making payment anytime something post so being able to do that two times in a day has helped my OCD with that lately lol
