Does Cap1 Soft you?

When you go to Cap1s website and use their 'find the right card for me' feature, it asks for personally identifiable info.  Does anyone know if they are actually doing soft pulls  Not applying just bored....slow right now and was playing around/

I did this several months ago and they did not do a softy on EQ and EX, not sure about TU because I have never been able to access soft pulls from them.

Seriously, I was playing around trying to see which cards they would offer. I have one. Not a fan just looking for sites that make so called offers based on your info. Emailed the webmaster out of curiosity.

Well Panther, as long as that's the site I'm playing on the last thing I'm gonna do is app...lol!!  now if I were back out at Discover, there may have been a problem.

Rate reduction sprees are allowed as long as they are soft pulls. Still think we need to wait till 700 or higher though- as then the chips are on our side of the table.

Scratch that. NO NEW APPS!!!!

Only call for rate reductions on cards you already have.
