Yes it does, got mine late oct showed on all 3CR about 2wks ago w/ credit limit.

Yes, they do report every month

it depends on whether or not you have the visa signature card. we have the visa signature and it does not report the credit line.

My Chase Visa Signature (UAL not the Freedom) does report my CL but reports as account type 'other' instead of revolving.

So assuming they will report CLs on their Visa Sigs... if someone's is not, it might just take a call to them or a dispute to get it reported correctly.
