Does GE issue statements if you have no activity?

I was wondering if GE issues a statemnet if you have no acticity and a zero balance on your account?

I was planning to request a CLI on my AE card today since my 4th statemnt cut should have been Tuesday since my last CLI request but when I log into my account it does not show a statement for 10/8. It still shows last statement date as 9/7.

If this is your very first CLI... GE tends to want to see 4 statements and 4 payments....

but it is GE so you can always request and if it says not long enough, just wait couple weeks and do it again... or call credit solutions and just ask for a manual review now which will probably go much higher anyway... They can give out crazy increases like $200 to $10k! (they will counter also!)

Some GE cards like walmart wont issue statements even if there was activity if there isn't a balance when it cuts.
