I have the standard Merrick Bank Card, but I wanted to upgrade to Hooter's card. Does anyone know if they will do that? They don't reduce interest rates and they don't give CLIs upon request (although they have increased my CL three times this year). I don't want to apply for a new card because I don't want the inquiry on my TU (they have a collection on there I've been fighting for a year that isn't mine) since I'm sure I'd be denied.
