Does WF CLD if usage is low relative to CL?

I have the WF Active Cash card with $19,000 CL.  The introductory 0% APR on BTs expired a few months ago but I was able to BT the remaining balance to another card offering 0% APR on BT.  Now, I have a $19,000 card that has a $30 balance.  Might WF contact me regarding low usage and could they CLD because I'm not using it much?

I don't have any WF cards, but do have plenty with similar limits and little to no usage and haven't been CLD'd. Sync is known to "right size" CLs based on usage, but from my experience and what I have read here most of the major issuers don't. They will CLD if you get negatives on your report. There are plenty of threads here from posters who request and receive CLIs way above $20k on cards with little to no usage.

Scores: March 21 FICO 8: EX 810, TU 808, EQ 813
AoOA: closed: 40 years, open: 30 years; AAoA: 14 years
Amex Gold, Amex Blue, Amex ED, Amex Delta Blue, Amex Hilton Surpass, BoA Platinum Plus, Chase Freedom Unlimited, Chase Amazon, Chase CSP, Chase United Explorer, Citi AA, Sync Lowes, total CL 203k

I have not noticed any CLD from WF recently.  There are a bunch of posts circa 2020 of WF CLDs.

WF should give you a heads up if this is their intent.

I hope not considering I have the Autograph that I only put my cellphone bill on and it has a $50k credit limit.

Re: Does WF CLD if usage is low relative to CL?

So far so good, Wells Fargo has not decreased the limits on my cards with low usage. Some months I may spend $20 to 30, but other months I have not spent anything. The limits have remained intact. I think as long as there are no major negative changes to your credit profile and you continue to use the card occassionally to avoid inactivity closure, then you should be able to maintain your WF card limits.

Wells Fargo will however reduce your limits, or in my experience had reduced my limit if you max out your card and there are changes in your utilization on other cards or your scores drop.  Before I got serious about having good credit I had 4 credit cards. I had maxed out all 4 of them. I was paying the minimum balances on all 4 each month. Never missed a payment on any of them, utilization just was near 100%.  I had gotten a lump sum of money and paid my Wells Fargo balance down from $14,000 to $5500. A few days later they reduced my limit to $5500.  I have gotten 1 limit increase of $1500 so now the balance is $7000.  I have tried countless times to get another limit increase on there and they always say no. This is the only CLD I'm aware of that WF does.
