Does a Capital One Platinum Early CLI negate the CLI with Steps?

@Anonymous the Walmart card is a special co-brand card. While the others are handled by their respective partners, the Walmart card is handled in-house and counts towards the 6 month time period. While there aren't any datapoints reported yet, I wouldn't be surprised if the Walmart MasterCard counts towards their 5 card limit.

Okay. Thanks @Brian_Earl_Spilner. Since the 6 month rule seems on the conservative side--@ least in my opinion--it makes sense that the Walmart card will count towards the 5 card limit too.
