I was doing a search of the forum and I found a thread where many forum members had reported successes in 2015 with obtaining APR reductions on their Citi credit cards, using the Citi Chat feature on their website. When I logged into my online Citi acount, I was unable to locate any Chat feature on the current (2016) version of the Ciiti credit cards page, using the sample screen shot of where it formerly was located in the 2015 thread. Does anyone know if this feature is still available elsewhere on the website, and/or if Citi discontinued it permanently?
ETA: this is a link to the 2015 thread I had mentioned above: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/UPDATE-4th-Citi-APR-reduction-4-days-in-a-row/td-p/3896...

Still there for me. Also off to the right. Maybe it was after hours when you looked? (You have to click on the Contact Us for the dropdown to appear).
Update: just tried calling the number for Citi on the back of my DC card to ask about lower go-to rates for purchases, and was told that it is already at the lowest possible rate. So I inquired about my higher-APR Citi DP cards (19.24% V) and my Citi Simplicity (21.24%), but was told since all 3 cards are currently under 0% BT promotional rates until 2017 or 2018, that I would have to call back after the 0% promos are over before they could check again for those cards. Also called the Citi Retention Dept. backdoor number, but they mentioned pretty much the same thing that the front-line CSRs said earlier. I am not really unhappy about my DC APR, but unless I can somehow negiotate a lower rate for purchases on my DPs and Simplicity cards after the 0% promos expire, I don't see any practical alternative but to attempt to try to consolidate the CLs of all 3 high-APR cards onto the DC, and close out the DPs and Simplicity. The APRs for 3 those cards other than the DC are way too high for my liking, even if I were to PIF on them I would still be unhappy with the go-to APRs as a matter of general principle.

Thanks for the helpful update Tortoise! Very interesting -- I am not sure exactly how to post or attach a screenshot here on the forum, but I checked the online Citicards "Contact Us" link again while logged into my accounts, and the "Live Chat" option does not show up for me; apparently, I am only receiving the "Send Us a Message" and "Call or Write Us" links, at this time.
ETA: I have sent an SM to Citi, asking them to restore the "Live Chat" feature, for my Citi credit cards accounts. Idk, we'll see how that goes I guess...

Citi's website has other wonkiness for me. I haven't tried it today, but over the weekend I was contemplating redeeming some cash back and the buttons didn't work.
