+1. Emails produce the best results. Let them call you, i dont think they like it much when the call comes from you. Im going to email this week myself. Almost a year and half with my Cap1 stuck at 750. Hoping they can at least double it.

Yeah that is what I been thinking.

 

I have my capone for 6 years stuck at 500... i always carry a high balance tou, but i managed to lower it to 60% Im not sure if they will like that, we will see.

 

I also have 2 30 days and a 60 days late in sept-novermber 2011.

Can someone PM me the email(s) that one would direct their message to?  I have been stuck with their rebuilder card for over two years and I always get the typical runaround when I contact anyone.  I would prefer to email versus call anways to get a PC and CLI.

I emailed last weekend (pretty sure it was Saturday) and heard back either Tuesday or Wednesday, they were really great to work with.  Good luck to all of you! Smiley Happy
