I did that, and it pointed me to this thread, but no phone number listed. Just the email, which I used months ago and got no response.

The email address is listed before this boards info. If the email address did not work for you, have you tried Facebook?

I'm locking this thread so that we do not continue with the endless requests for PM's to be sent.  As advised several times in this thread and many, many other threads there is not a number for Cap One's EO, you must email them and they will call you back.
