Equifax Not Reporting

I became an authorized user on a Chase credit card. They sent me a letter stating that they are reporting these accounts to all credit bureaus. As of now only Equifax is not reporting this account.I sent them a letter with a copy of Chase's letter and they still won't report it.What else can I do?

Re: Equifax Not Reporting

Equifax (and the other credit bureaus) can only report the information that it receives from the creditors.  If the AU information is not appearing on your EQ reports, then it's because EQ is not receiving the information from Chase.  That's my understanding of how reporting works.  I don't think it's because EQ is refusing to report your AU account.

I'm an AU on a chase sapphire card and it doesn't report to any of the bureaus.
