Express A-List credit card upgrade

I hit A-List status last month (only took 4 months, I love that store!), and haven't received the silver A-List version of the credit card yet. 

I sent them a secure message, asking them to replace my black card with the silver one, but haven't heard back. 

Anyone have any experience getting their card upgraded?

It took me a month to upgrade and i received two weeks after.  I bought jeans and they had double points offer on them so it was quick. I didn't call, it just came a bit after.

Your black express card will remain your credit card. The silver A-List you speak of is just the card they send you with your name on the back and a barcode.

No need to carry it around with you, as the black card you already have is THE CREDIT CARD ....They mislead you on the website. No need to be in a rush to

recieve it. Lol.

This shows the silver A-List credit card (not rewards card).

When I recieved mine, I wasn't expecting it at all. It is nice to have, but I don't even carry the card with me because I can just give the cashier my info and they pull my credit card up.

I love my Express Card too... I had 60$ worth of points that I used on my last purchase!!

They will send you a silver card and a coupon. I have received it

I'm very aware of what the pics show.. Which is misleading. The silver card is just your "LOYALTY " card and not THE credit card. Your black one is your credit card.

I hit A-List status in January. It was late March or early April before I got the new card. It will come in a large silver packet.

It's a credit card. I have it and use it all the time. It comes in a large silver packet with new terms and conditions like the original with the same account number and cardholder's name embossed on it.
