Who does FNBO Still offer cards through?
Here are a few mentioned [HERE]
FNBO has (or had) Best Western, La Quinta, ANA airlines, M Life, and a card called Absolute Rewards.
FNBO also backs credit cards (like Elan does) for First Bank.

I can confirm FNBO still has BestWestern.. its my go-to hotel card for vacations with the repeating 20k points for $5k annual spend each year. The annual bonus + spend points add up to roughly 4+ free nights per year for me with the lower room point cost average of 5k to 8k points per night.
It had a decent sign on promo as well of 40k points for $1k spend in 90 days which was easy peezy to tap.
No foreign transaction fees
They have a U.S. and Canada personal version as well as Business versions for residents of both countries.

FNBO also recently acquired the Amtrak credit card account from BoA.
