FNBO CLI and PC question

Our first cash back card was FNBO Plat 1%.(Murphy)    We just got it raised to $5,000  from $2,600.   They now offer a 2% card.  Do they do PC?   I really don't feel like a hp for a new card. Our current card is for  good 5 cents /gal  discount at Murphy gas where we buy almost all our gas but we do better with Amex BCP

YMMV, of course, but I was just told by FNBO that they can't do PC's (I was trying to go from the NRA platimum to the NRA rewards) and that I would have to apply for the new card.
