I'm pretty excited. I got the FNBO shiny black (by invitation only) envelope and after reading some comments here, I decided to go on to the prequalify link and was approved for $11.3k and 0% for BT and purchases for 18 months which will really work for my BT needs . That's with a 752 FICO and 33% credit utilization. I was eyeing Citi Diamond Platinum based on preapproval letter but have no idea how much the SCL will be but they offer 0% for 20 months. Decisions! Decisions!
Congrats on the FNBO approval!! Nice SL as well!
Good luck on Citi decision! That card is known to start at a lower limit, even for well qualified and established profiles, but YMMV.

Maybe I need to do some more homework. Is it just that card in particular or is it a Citi cards in general? Experian matched me with the Citi Custom Cash at a higher "credit match rate". Not sure if that really means anything or their way of pushing certain cards but I was only looking at Diamond primarily because I get theie pre-selected letter and they have 2 extra month for 0% on BT's.

Experian is purely marketing. . Pay them and site recommendations from the likes of CK no attention. Compensated for those recommendation.
While profile specific, that card seems to be 50/50 on high/low. Custom was just released, some good SL have been given. Again, profile specific.

I got an envelope too, slightly surprising, decided to do a prequal and got 25k and the same 18 mo balance transfer offer, not applying since I need inq to drop off and need to wait for my next years tax return to prove income, but not bad at all. 734 EX, 720s for the other 2, 1% util, 18k total SL (mine with AU cards)
Thanks! I'm especially excited about BT's perks.
CONGRATS!!! $25k is so beautiful. How do you know that you need your tax return? Is that with all offers over a certain $ amount?

I don't, I'm just going to assume, I wasted a hard pull on NAVY for a 8800 SL, they wanted proof of income (which since I just started banking 30-40k a month starting this year I of course can't prove yet, but I used that amount on the app... so I have to wait for tax season so I can give them proof of income which for self employed people is a 1099 or tax return)
I'm just guessing they'd also want proof of income for that kind of SL considering my current SL (that's more than I currently have total SL)

Congratulations on your nice new card!
I received--and wrote about--that impressive shiny black envelope a while back. I can't remember now if I shredded it or if it's still sitting around here somewhere. Mine didn't appear to be a rewards card at all. Is yours?

Mine wasn't either, just a standard card I believe, but the prequal gave me their rewards card the evergreen or wahtever
