No new news but it's a bit of a different tone than what I've gotten before:
Guy I want to let you know that initially we did not had the option to change the secured card to unsecured card. Recently we have started reviewing the accounts and it is the new feature in the Capital One and we are applying on most of the secured card one by one and you may be eligible for the upgrade any time.
Unsecuring is a relatively new feature, and we are assessing opportunities to increase eligibility in the future. Please keep your account in good standing as we periodically review accounts for eligibility.
If you have the offer available we will be the first to inform you about the offer and we will send you a letter stating the changes.
