Finally Successful AMEX BCP CLI!

Just requested a CLI on my BCP. I went from initial 2k CL in which I got back in January of 2012. I requested at the 60 day CLI and was denied, then requested at 6 months and was also denied. After wondering why I was being denied and searching here on the forums I have read that when you request a CLI, AMEX likes to see a 0 balance in which I did not have the last 2 requests. I have always PIF and spent around 5-6k through the card since January. I probably should have requested 6k today but I'll take the 5k after being denied the previous 2 times. Just thought I'd share.
