Never heard of it. Call them up and ask, and ask which bureau and which FICO score version they use. You may be surprised - I've had lenders tell me exactly what they use when I asked.
Maybe their Visa Signature Premier will create some excitement among those looking for high SLs. MINIMUM limit of $25K, don't think I have seen that before! (Pity it requires $250K in First Command assets)
