I got the Capital One QuickSilver One card and it has 1.5% cash back rewards. The problem is my CL is $300. I want to use this card for everything to earn as many rewards as possible, and hope for some good CLI's in the future. Is it okay to charge $300 and pay it right off as many times throughout the month as I need? I'm wanting to use it for food, gas, bills, etc... Sorry if this is a dumb question, lol!

yes its the life of the rebuilder... use the card, max it out, PIF or at least multiple times the minimum fee, pay it off as often as you need to, some have even reported luck with contacting the EO after a couple months of doing this and requesting a CLI because the current credit limit is far too low and you don't like paying on the card as often you are being forced to now. Don't worry about UTL untill you are ready to apply for more cards and possibly near your 6 months with the card when they are looking at giving you a CLI.

You'll get there eventually.
Thanks so much for your responses!!!
you're enrolled in credit steps program, so as long as you don't miss any payments, you'll get automatic credit line increase by 6th statement. ![]()
