I have heard of problems with them but not sure if it was a rare case or a common symptom. I would highly recommend checking around a little before you commit. If I remember correctly, it was a problem with them accurately applying payments. Sorry, I hate to post hearsay with no proof but wouldn't want you to go without warning and get a bad deal.
