GE CLI with high utilization?

I have had a Walmart and Paypal Connect account for about 3 months now. I've been reading about the 4th statement increase. My utilization on walmart right now is about 70% on a $400 limit. And Paypal Connect at about 70% on a $300 limit. Will I get an auto increase at this point? Has anyone got any GE love with high utilization?

I have my Walmart was at 700 of 1000 and they auto luv me on my 3rd month with the card to 1800
