Re: GE Capital Bank! I love this Bank!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, its highly unlikely to graduate to the discover version in 6 months, Typically its from the start or it takes 12 to 24 months at least. I have had my Walmart card for 16 months, started at $900, currently sitting at $2500, usually PIF, no late payments on any credit card, only one baddie on my report now a 6 year old medical collection, total UTL on all cards has been below 9% at times, currently higher but GE is still giving me CLI's, including a 4k CLI on my 6 month old Sam's Club card. Walmart pulled TU Fico is 690 this month, But my Walmart card is still just a store version perhaps it will change in a few more months.

Re: GE Capital Bank! I love this Bank!
I've never heard of anybody getting upgraded in 6 months, CLI maybe, but getting upgraded to Discover takes at least a year.
