Okay, thanks. Also, will the new TL neg impact AAoA. I believe my report said 13 yrs 7 months? Are they including accts that have fallen off in their calculations?

AAoA will be affected but with over 13 years it won't hurt you that bad and you can really use 1 more TL...

Accounts that have fallen off of CR's are not included in AAoA calculation

Yes, you're right 1 cc won't do it. That's why I prematurely tried for the TJX so I would have two.

See if you can get that card

Use for 6 months while you continue to work on CR's ....good job BTW 

At that point you should be good for other TL's with higher scores too

Thanks again for your patience, encouragement and advice! I am gaining valuable knowledge every step of the way.

I will definitely try for the card. I know I need 2-3 to help this process.

The desire of my heart is to clear up my CRs and own a home. I'm tired of paying $1950 + utilities in rent. Soon it will all be worth it!
