Hey,
Since I am looking for an EQ puller, and I already have care credit $6k and buyer credit, I wonder if I should
apply for one of their real credit cards. Have you guys had any success with them?
Thanks
I have Walmart, Buyer Credit and JCP. Needless to say that these three are my lowest CL's. Walmart store card is completely useless. Low CL, high APR, no rewards.
CU's usally pull EQ.
Thanks, guys.
However, I was hoping to hear about the actual credit cards (net rewards/etc), not store cards. The reason I am curious is becuse nobody ever talks about them and I was curious if they are harder to get/have higher standards than the other cards which, as mentioned in this thread, are receiving cld's up the wazoo.
As for penfed/alliant, they turned me down when I had a collection. It fell off so I might re-consider. However, I might prefer a smaller CU as I did not appreciate how Alliant treated me. They never got back to me and when I called, they simply said "Denied" and hung up on me.
I have a universal amex with GEMB and the APR is high 22.49%(?) and the CL is 1k. Not the greatest, but it's something to try if you don't want a store card. It earns some rewards.
It was an EQ pull and FICO was a bit over 700. No baddies. Short history.
