GE Luxury Denied - Recon #?

I was denied yesterday from GE Retail at a local jeweler for a GE Luxury account. I was surprised because I have another GE Account (CareCredit) for $2400 with a $400 balance opened 4 months ago. My TU score is about 675, my credit utilization in all is kind of high at about 45%. I tried calling the "backdoor" or credit solutions number but they analyst that answered said they do not do the underwriting for that account and is not sure who I should call. Does anybody have any experience with this or know who I would call to get a recon for GE luxury? Thanks!

Thing about GE is, they are very "divisional".

For example PayPal is managed by PayPal division and American Eagle is managed by American Eagle division. Even though they are all backed by GE, they remain very separate.

Just call the Luxury account and ask to escalate to analyst, supervisor, etc.
