For anyone following the ankle stuffs..... MRI was done a week ago, the ortho office called me in less than 48 hours saying I needed to be in to see them ASAP, they were fully booked that week, but we managed to work it out that I see them Tuesday. So I won't really know much until after that visit and then I still won't know much since it's the NP not the surgeon. So just more jumping through hoops. I'm sick of being in pain (it's making me seriously cranky and unmotivated to do anything) and wrangling ankle braces and ugly shoes. Thankfully no crutches at the moment.

Good on ya! I have an excel workbook with multiple worksheets that I use to keep track of all things financial. My family calls it "the magic spreadheet"
That sounds awesome ... I have scoured the internet to find some ideas... but not really much in the way of what I wanted. I guess, like anyone else, I am picky to some extent. My version of how I want my details organized is different than most everyone elses I am sure. The one I am creating now is simple, but extremely effective for keeping tack of scores and FICO8... which I personally think will be an invaluable tool for my Gardening efforts.
I'm picky too! So I made my own spreadsheets. I use three and tend to look at them daily. Also use Microsoft money. I'm weird, but I actually kind of enjoy tracking my finances...
Microsoft Money.... I did not know that program still existed... I loved it when it was popular ... many years ago. I; also, tend to overlook my spreadsheets on a daily basis.. I've done that so much it has become a natural part of my daily routine (I admit, I am looking at it 3 or 4 times a day... ok ok ok... really about 15 times or so.. LOL)
Money is actually dead. But they have their last version out there for free. No more updates, but it still functions. Just google "Microsoft Money sunset" and you can pick up a free copy. I end up manually importing transactions from all of my online accounts. Doesn't cost anything, so why not? I pretty much only use it for budgeting purposes as it's quite easy to define expense categories and track them month-to-month or year-to-year. It also helps me to track account balances without having to log into the account websites compulsively.
And I have spreadsheets for everything:
1. Credit cards - tracking monthly spending broken down by personal, business and reimbursed business. Also tracks UTL/Bal/rewards/credit scores/etc
2. Cash forecasting - making sure the checking account always has enough to cover bills
3. Bills - conditional formatting to warn me when bills are getting close to due. Also good for notating when I pay bills so I know they're covered
4. Budget - using data from MS Money to see how well I'm staying on-budget
5. Installment loans - one for each (auto loans/mortgage) tracking everything from remaining balance to interest paid helping me figure out when I'll pay the loan off (I pay almost everything over so the original term is meaningless) and when this darn PMI will fall off my mortgage
6. Investments - tracking balance/RoR/etc

I will definitely have to look into that "new" program. I have looked through various sources to try and locate a good "Bill Reminder" spreadsheet, but the only ones I have been able to locate are 'sub-par'. May I ask where you found yours - or is it a custom one you made? I could probably do it, but have had so many other major workbook projects going on for work ... lol...
I created a rahter basic auto-loan sheet that keeps track of my loan information - but only basic information. It's just something that I put together in a matter of about 10 minutes in between my other projects.

My bill reminder spreadsheet is just one I made. Nothing too special about it, just conditional formatting to highlight cell colors based on how close it is to the due date. I, too, looked for pre-made options and programs but didn't like any of them. I also use my bill reminder spreadsheet to track total spending for each account annually.
Just keep everything financial in same folder on iPad, copied links to iPhone. Am having a bit of brandy this evening, lots of work this week. Need to cash my checks (use remote deposit). Got my 80 from Alliant.

Opted out in prep for mortgage app. No pre approvals here. And a lot less junk mail. Will opt in before move, then have plenty of kindling for new fireplace.
