Definitely gardening for a good while now since I snuck out last month. Definitely no new TL's this year, though time will tell if I need to sneak out in June when some old inq's fall off.

This might be the year I finally buy a house.  For now it is chop wood and carry water.

Happy 2018 all,

I earned my Palladium today and my goal is to buy a home in June so I will continue in the garden until then. Actually, the last 9 months weren't as hard as I thought it would be because it got easier as more time passed.  And, it was a good feeling not to feel antsy all the time about getting additional cards or HP CLIs. Remembering the HPs and decreases in AAOA helped tremendously.

And thanks to all of MyFICOers for leading, guiding, and directing me and many, many others on how to have and maintain a healthy credit lifestyle. It's been a tremendous year of learning, and for one, I'm really grateful.
