Getting much more than 5 points on my forward

So the past couple of statements, i noticed i've been getting MUCH more points than i should be getting. Think i should report this or enjoy this nice bug? I already cashed it out as student loand checks twice

Are you sure you didn't miss some sort of promotional rewards offer? Certain retailers, resturants, gas stations, etc..? They won't take the points away.. at least I doubt they would.. so enjoy it! : )

Yeah. That looks like a glitch somewhere. I would report it if you want to but they cannot take away the points you already earned if the extra poinnts is their mistake. Worst they will do is fix it and you will no longer get x amt of points. But wow, that is a nice bonus. I wish my Forward card did that! (:

If you haven't redeemed the points, Citi will have absolutely no concern about taking away the extra points.  This is like your bank crediting your account incorrectly.

The idea is that you don't get to benefit from unearned mistakes.

But this is good.  My daughter is still trying to get her 5x points credited.  This will be fixed by March, April, May, July....

This happened to me with my Amex BCE they gave me the $100 bonus twice, i cashed them out as soon as i got the second one.

I just wanted to point out that 497 + 3656 + 100 = 4,253. Not sure where this wrong figure is you are speaking of.

The 497 is the base points + 4 points on restaurants and entertainment which is the 3656. So even if all my money is 497, u multiply that by 4 which is 1988. 1988 is how many points i should be getting, but im getting almost twice as much
