Going straight for PR Gold in January?

I believe my EX FICO will be around the 720 range, i'll have 1 year+ history on all open accounts other than DM with 9 months, would this be possible??

Also, what are the differences between Gold and Green?

Re: Going straight for PR Gold in January?

I say go for the PR Gold if that's what you want. I don't have an Amex charge so I don't know what the dirrences in colors are although it seems like maybe the PR had some kind of bonus categories or something.

I say go for it, if you don't have too many inq on Ex.

Re: Going straight for PR Gold in January?

This is a question you might want to ask in November, when you have a clearer picture of your score.

It could be even higher than 720. I'd say just wait and see what happens until then, but if it is what you want, I'd say go for it.

14 is a lot!

You might have a chance on re-con, though.

Re: Going straight for PR Gold in January?

PR has point multipliers, gold destinations, and early access to entertainment. Other than that it is the same as green. If you qualify for one then you qualify for the other as they have the same criteria.

So then what's the difference between and the regular Gold? Nothing at all?
