No Hilton card? :c .
Nah just kidding with you. Looking at your siggy, I'd say your best card to use would be the CSP.

Hampton Inns are part of the Hilton portfolio, so without a Hilton card you will need to transfer from one of your existing cards to Hilton's HHonors rewards program. The easiest transfer is Amex Membership Rewards points where 1,000 MR points can be used directly for 1,500 HHonors points. The transfer from Chase Ultimate Rewards is much more complicated and indirect.
With the that being said, Hampton Inns can be relatively affordable depending on the location, so sometimes using points is not the most advantageous way to stay at these hotels. For instance, if the room rate is $101 per night or 40,000 Hhonors points, you will need to use 26,667 MR points per night. Those 26,666 MR points would be redeemable for over $250 in gift cards - what a lame conversion rate! However, if the hotel rate is otherwise $170 and they are asking for 25,000 HHonors points for the same night, then you would need 16,667 MR points, per night so it isn't such a bad conversion.
My numbers are just an example, in reality you have to transfer points from Amex Mr to HHonors in bundles of 1,000, so there may be a small amount of waste involved from that.
