Looking through my CR and seeing limits that I've had in the past. My highest was a Chase card with $81k. I had some high limit AMEX cards but for some reason they aren't listed on the report. It took me a long time to get up that high. Now, $750. is the highest. Back to the bottom and climbing again!
81k?
Well....my cap1 is 1/27th of the way there, so HA
haha. Climbing is always fun, just make sure you don't fall ![]()
I've never had a card with a CL higher than $2000. I could probably get a CLI at this point with one of my cards, but I don't want to take a hard pull. I'm waiting to get a mortgage next year. I sure wish one of my cards would give me an auto CLI, though.

Try for a Walmart CLI its always a soft pull and availible every 4 months.
I used to use my cards for some purchases for my company so they got a lot of use. The limits kept going up. Delta Sky Miles were great! I wish I would have watched my scores to see how that use affected them back then.

I tried after six months and Walmart still wouldn't give me a CLI. They didn't even give me a counter-offer. I think they've changed things over at GECRB lately.

What was your util. at the time you asked?
81K, damn.... hope to be there one of these day. Right now I'd settle for anything above 3k... but still rebuilding.
Have you thought about the Discover more card?
81k damn...
Amex BCE is 19,500. US AIR (Barclays) just had highest instant approval at $10,000 this week.
