I was looking at different rewards and benefit features and as I look it's hard to find something better.
CSP is like having five cards in one, Marriot, Ritz, Hyatt, United & Southwest for example. All transfer 1:1, plus UR point are more flexible.
I'm not tied to one hotel or airline and I get most of my hotel perks from Amex Plat. (gold spg & FHR) and my other travel perks. So other than sign-up bonuses there is really no other benefit for other cards from chase.
2% and 5% catagories DC is 2% but I TRAVEL A LOT so Venture is my card for everything else other than 5% from Discover. Barclays arrival+ is basically another Venture and Freedom is another Discover
The only place I see value is adding an Amex card to enhance my MR and it would be EDP because 30 swips is easy so 3 and 4.50 points on gas and groceries is better than 2% and my transfer to Avios is almost like 5 - 7 cents per dollar with American Airlines partner. I find Avios better than Citi AA and Chase United domestic, I can fly using 14K-19K miles vs. 25K - 30K. So I have been transfering UR & MR point to my BA account.
Is there a better combo, not interested in Citi because transfer partners for TY points are weak.
Am I missing anything?
