When I had my green, they offered me POT! when I cancelled the card they took away my POT! What's a Joe gotta do to get some Amex POT?

I am not sure Pay over time gives you any real benefit. It doesn't help your utilization. A 20 percent interest rate is loan shark rates.    I had 30k on my Platininum and 15k on my PRG and removed them.
