Home Depot Approval Question...

So does Citibank administer the home depot card ?  Also since I was approved for this card, AND I have a citi AA world elite card, are my chances at getting approved for one of their other citicards good?

In the past I have ALWAYS been declined because of my bk (which is going on 5 years old in sept)

yes it's citi

not sure about approval on other citi cards, one would think.
