Am I doing something wrong? Ive had my HD card for almost a month now and cant ever get onto their CC website to manage my account, its says Citibank unavailable and has said so since day one three weeks ago. Im afraid I wont be able to pay my account so ill probably have to do so over the phone or by mail, uve tried every avenue, the HD website, citi website and even the HD Application and to no avail. Anyone else having this problem? Help

It is up and running for me, no issues on my end - Firefox, IE8/10. Not sure if a server cluster is down thereby not allowing you access... then again, others would have posted similar instances. You may also want to check your browsers and clear all cache/cookies/history. Are you using Chrome, Safari, IE8/10, Firefox?
Another thing, do not open multiple Citi browser tabs within the same session - i.e. Sears, HD, Shell, CitiCards (at least in IE8), as it tends to lock some security settings within your cookies. See if clearing your browser history/cookies helps.
I just cleared my history including cache and cookies then tried again but still says the same thing. Ive tried using my home PC both IE8 and Chrome, my work PC chrome, samsung tablet (app and internet) and cell phone. Maybe its just my account and I need to call it in. I searched everywhere on the community and found it nowhere so gave it a chance by posting my own message. Looks like im the only one... ugh very frustrating

Sorry to hear the issue didn't get resolved. Since it doesn't appear to be working on any device, I may suspect it could be account/profile related. When you first got your card, did you activate it online without any issues? It may be a technical issue that may need to be looked into by their online support team. When I first got my HD CC, the system wouldn't allow me to log in/register due to them placing a period next to my middle initial on the CC which couldn't sync up to my online profile (since the information was keyed incorrectly on the app at the store). Tech support figured it out, sent new CC (without the punctuation) and then it worked.
