Is it the Home Depot store card or the Home Depot MasterCard? I got instant on the store card.

I got an instant message to call about my application after saying it needed further processing.

Called to check the status and its still pending....Not denied yet...theres hope..

I just got a pre-approved letter for the store card with a $750.00 limit. I think it's best if I ignore it.

bren, it prolly means they are doing a manual review of your CR. I got that too, from the 3 ccc's I applied to at end of september. Yup. All 3 I applied for. I was fretting about it so much. But all 3 came through.

Why don't you give it one full week and call them for status update?

Thanks much Sylvia...This card is through Citi and for some reason they dont seem to like me..Got me fingers crossed...

I got several business cards from Citi. HomeDepot is issued by Citi. They prefer you to call them so they can verify the identity and details. I got about 8 or so different Business cards from Citi So far. I would not get discouraged. Give them a call and talk to them and find out about the app.
