Is hooters really Merrick bank ?? And what do 30 day decisions USUALLy mean>>> with BOA???? In your exp is it usually a denial???

on my credit reports,its listed as hooters/merrick bank.  i'm not sure about a 30 day message,that may be a denial.  i gota 7-10 day message, because it had to be looked at manually by an underwriter.

For the BoA question, call the number listed in the backdoor numbers to speak with a credit analyst. I just applied for a card and received the 30day message too, but I called that number about 20min after applying and was approved. So the message doesn't mean anything, but I would call and speak to someone. Beats the wait to see what would be decided in 30days.

The 30-day message is SOP for BofA.  Call a credit analyst (you can find a number in the Backdoor Numbers thread stickied at the top of the forum) and you will likely get an instant decision on the phone.
