I got that in the mail yesterday.
It is not a visa, amex, or mc.
You can only use it to buy their WAY overpriced crap from their catalog, which you can't even view before you accept the card.
Lame!
Crown Jewelers works similarly, but at least they have some kind of cute things, and you can give them as nice gifts or whatever.
I dont think its fair to markup merchandise several hundred percent so that people with bad credit will fall for it to get their credit limit up, there has got to be a better way.
