I'm having a maddening experience trying to redeem my Barclays NFL Rewards. Hoping one of you have already figured out a solution.
As simple as I can make it:
I've tried Safari, Chrome and Fox on my Mac, and went to a different computer running windows and tried IE from there. I get the same exact result every time. I just want to redeem my 40000+ points for a friggin' statement credit, but the system isn't playing nicely at all.
Does anyone have a work around before I call the Barclays people and try and have them figure out this nonsense? Needless to say, it's annoying.

I'm posting a resolution to this, just in case someone else is having problems redeeming Barclays NFL Rewards (or other Barlcays Rewards, for that matter).
I contacted Barclays using secured messaging while logged in to my account and... well, below is the transcript of the messages back and forth. The short version is that the problem is resolved, I see the Redeem for Statement Credit link, and have redeemed for Statement Credit.
This reads backwards:

It looks like the "redeem points for statement credit" is showing on my account as of this morning. Thank you for fixing the problem.
Should I cancel case number 2XXXXX9 and just redeem the points online?

I would like to redeem 42500 points as a statement credit. I believe that would be a $425 statement credit, applying to my 4/3/13 statement.
If you need specific details on which transaction to apply this to: 03/01 03/04 OLEN ...edit out... CA $1,237.00.

2 Problems:
Per your instructions, to redeem points for statement credit: "First, select the REDEEM MY REWARDS page from the REWARDS menu. Then, to view eligible purchases and to request a statement credit, select the "Pay with Points" option. "
However, the "Pay With Points" option is not showing up for me. Can you please make it show up?
Additionally, when I click on the "Redeem Now" button under "Experiences, Merchandise and Gift Cards" it loops me back to my Barclaycard Rewards card (it's the card I opened first from Barclays) on the barclaycardus.com page, and won't let me login to the extrapointsrewards.com site.
