I assume you make well over $100,000 a year for this level of potential exposure? Just curious because I haven't seen anyone on here with that level. If not, how do you get limits that high on a sub-six figure income?
The first part.
I'd say about two thirds of them I requested highest approved limits at present time through income verification, and the rest (mostly the $10,000-$15,000 range) simply followed suit after the other limits were raised, or were approved at said limits.
Five. I plan on canceling one next year and asking Citi to combine two cards..
I have five. And want to move to 7
1. chase amazon visa
2. fidelity(BoA) amex
3. discover more
4. citi forward
5. citi dividend student
future 2:
amex bcp
chase freedom
I want to PC my citi dividend to the one that gets 5% in quarters like the freedom and more.
I was denied amex bcp and denied zync so I applied for a gold card instead! We will see.
Cap1 Platinum - 500CL
Cap1 Cash Back -500CL
Yes, every one -- you too can build a ballin' credit portfolio like me if you play your cards right. I can walk into any used Kia dealership in America and walk away with a car for only 27% APR with $10,000 down.
Waw !!

WOW. you and 06 blow my mind (haven't seen him on here in awhile). wow what is that total credit limit? 800k? thats more than anyone ever on this site. let us know when you break the million mark. and you are in your early twenties. WOW! i bet you will scale all the way to the top. do you live in NYC or LA?
10. Too many right now. Pruning in the works.
Keeping it simple:
Navy FCU $15,000
Wells Fargo $13,500
AMEX Gold Delta $6,000
I don't plan on getting any more cards, just going to get AMEX up to $15K - $20K and use it for my everyday card.
Why does anyone need anything more?
I do have a Care Credit from 5 years ago with a $3,500 limit but have never even had the actual card - my wife opened it while I was in Iraq.
9 with a total CL of $140,500.
