Re: How bright a line is FICO of 720?

I just got approved for a platinum rewards visa from Alliant Credit Union. My score is around 660-690 and my utilization is about 27%. I have a lot of new accounts and a lot of inquiries. the approval came in hours and it was for 10k which is what I asked for.

I forgot to mention the important part that the card has 0% for a year

To add to the last post ^^ the Alliant card should also have 12 billing cycles at 0% APR and 0% balance transfer fees. I'm looking at it, but I've just added 2 cards in the last few months.

Re: How bright a line is FICO of 720?

What about Citi Simpliity at 0% for 20 months... there is a BT Fee of I believe 3%

But if you don't like the BT Fee .. then Slate is what everyone goes to .. except that darn 5/24

Both are 0% intro.

Im no pro like all these peeps.

I just thought I would offer a suggestion.

OP, did you try NASA FCU or Penfed? They generally offer good SL.

What about the Amex that has 15mos at 0% ... they tend to give nice SL and also Barclay if OP has a nice TU score ... transfer fee would be blah with that type of balance though so maybe offset with a sign up bonus ...

A few decent options suggested. I like the CU route option personally. I have the slate with a $2K balance I got in October snd already paid the balance transfer off. Now I'm wondering what I'm going to do with it lol.
